Cyber Monday is one of the busiest days of the year across Amazon, and a great reminder of how our people and technology work together to deliver for customers. Amazon Robotics VP Scott Dresser spent the morning with national media at EWR4—one of our fulfillment centers in NJ— highlighting some of the robotics and AI that support our teams year-round: autonomous mobile robots like Proteus, robotic arms like Cardinal, and AI tools like DeepFleet. All designed to make work safer and easier for employees while improving the customer experience. Even on a peak day like today, the energy across our network stays steady and focused — thanks to the employees who bring their best every day and the technology that helps them do it.
