What happens when you put students in real sales scenarios.⚡ Our Alpha Dog Competition, hosted with the Carolina Sales Institute at Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, brought together 100+ students for a two-day sales challenge designed to simulate real-world conversations. Day one focused on cold calls with the top performers advancing to day two, where they led full discovery meetings using the same buyer persona. But what made this event stand out wasn’t just the competition. It was the ownership behind it. This entire experience was student-led. From planning to execution, our interns owned every detail, supported one another, and delivered an event that reflected the kind of teamwork and accountability we value at AMAROK.
