Driving Client-Centric Excellence & Growth

Last week we gathered the whole team for our quarterly meetup. Hearing from our CEO Simon Lawless and Chairman Tim Wallis on our successes for the quarter and what the year ahead looks like in the market. One key question on the table: where do we want Silicon Reef to be in 2027? I led an AI at the Reef discussion and workshop to set the scene for how we work alongside AI because that answer shapes how we move forward together. Our position is very simple. We will always remain true to our ethos of being people-first. We are not nor will we become AI-first but rather we will use AI as an extension of ourselves. We reviewed our own internal insights on how we feel collectively AI will impact and innovate our work. 79% are optimistic about the use of AI 89% see AI reducing repetitive work 74% agree AI could enhance creativity The concerns raised across accuracy, over-reliance and originality are exactly the ones a human-first business should watch out for. We’re committed to not letting AI think for us but rather work alongside AI like a new sidekick and teammate. And promise to use it as a force for good. To scale innovation with accountability. Really looking forward to seeing some use cases come to life this year and sharing with our clients and friends of the Reef. Microsoft
