💛 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 • 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 • 𝐎𝐧𝐞 𝐮𝐧𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 — 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐚𝐝𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 After nearly four incredible years, I’ve made the bittersweet decision to step down as Chief Marketing Officer at Total Beauty Network (TBN). I’ll be wrapping up in October. When I think about my time here, one moment sums it up perfectly: TBN’s 𝑚𝑢𝑠𝑖𝑐𝑎𝑙-𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑒𝑑 𝑐𝑜𝑛𝑓𝑒𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑐𝑒 and the marketing team’s 𝑓𝑙𝑎𝑠ℎ-𝑑𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑓𝑜𝑟𝑚𝑎𝑛𝑐𝑒 of 𝑆𝑖𝑛𝑔𝑖𝑛’ 𝑖𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑅𝑎𝑖𝑛 — yellow coats, umbrellas, and all. 🌧️☂️🌞 Rain, hail or shine, this team has always found a way to shine brightly. From building four brands, two loyalty programs, to blasting e-com into 8 markets 🚀 — what a ride, what a team. Countless campaigns, incredible growth, and so much product innovation along the way. A heartfelt thank you to Tony Rechtman and Sharon Rechtman — for trusting me with the beautiful brands you’ve built (Designer Brands, Colour, Inika Organic and RAWW Cosmetics) with such vision and care. Tony, you have been such an inspiration to many and I feel blessed to have worked with you. To Liz Webster— thank you for your leadership and for backing the team with heart and smarts. 💛 And to the incredible SLT — Kathleen Erasmus, Gus McCrae, Sabrina Kuvac Paul Gascoigne— thank you for your partnership, collaboration and for making the ride both rewarding and fun.
