Start practicing at least ONE SQL query every day. Not randomly. With proper understanding. Because most people “know” SQL… but struggle when asked to write queries in interviews. They’ve seen it. But can’t apply it. That’s the gap. Here’s what you should actually focus on 👇 • Basics → how data is stored & managed • Queries → how data is retrieved • Filtering & operators • Aggregations & GROUP BY • Joins (most important) • Views, subqueries, transactions, indexes But reading isn’t enough. Practice like this: 1. Pick one concept (e.g. Joins) 2. Write queries without help 3. Make mistakes 4. Fix them 5. Repeat after 2–3 days That’s how SQL starts clicking. Not in one day. But with consistency.
