The news is out!!! I’ve just revealed my next big step for Cocoa Bothy - picking up the keys for an iconic building! At the end of June, I plan to open a chocolatier store inside the landmark Inverness Town Steeple! Breathing life back into this tiny shop, that for many years was home to a much-loved jewellers, is very exciting. In person retail has to step up to thrive - sizing up against the competition of convenience. My ambition as shown in the artist impressions is to create a miniature destination; somewhere rich, textured and visually stunning. And the chocolate has to stand up to the taste test too!
