𝗣𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗲𝘀 For veterinarians, dairy producers, and farm managers, the first weeks and months of a calf’s life play a fundamental role in shaping future herd performance, animal welfare, and long-term production efficiency. A strong and healthy start contributes directly to raising healthier, highly productive dairy cows. 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺 plays a critical role in this process, serving as the calf’s first and most important source of immune protection immediately after birth. Because newborn calves are born with limited natural immunity, the successful transfer of immunoglobulins (IgG) during the first hours of life is essential for supporting disease resistance, early survival, digestive stability, growth performance, and future production potential. Effective passive immune transfer not only supports healthier calf development, but also helps build a stronger foundation for long-term herd sustainability, reduced treatment pressure, and improved lifetime productivity. Today, we are pleased to introduce 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢 — an innovative solution developed to support effective passive immunity transfer in dairy calves during the most critical early stages of life. Designed for 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 only, 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢 is provided as a 150 gm / head / only once dissolved in water, in a single administration within the first 6 hours calf’s life, without the need for repeated use. This early nutritional and immune support helps calves establish a stronger and healthier start from day one. 𝗔 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗳𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 evaluating 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗲𝗿 demonstrated promising results following administration of 𝟭𝟱𝟬 𝗴 𝗜𝗴𝗚 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗳 shortly after birth. In the study, calves received a full colostrum replacer within 2 hours of birth, while blood serum samples collected 24 hours later confirmed successful passive immunity transfer. The trial reported average serum IgG levels of approximately 𝟭𝟵.𝟱𝟰 𝗺𝗴/𝗺𝗹, concluding that replacing maternal colostrum with Colostro “leads to a sufficient induction of a passive immune transfer.” By supporting early immunity and calf resilience, 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢 helps support calf survival, reduce early disease challenges, and promote stronger long-term growth and future milk production potential. Establishing a reliable health foundation from birth may also contribute to reducing the need for repeated antibiotic treatments later throughout the cow’s productive life. The result is a more sustainable and profitable dairy operation through healthier animals, improved production performance, lower treatment pressures, and reduced time, labor, and costs associated with long-term health management.
