Pathway Program Consultant at Specsavers
A huge congratulations to Keval Lachhani on becoming the Optometry Partner at Specsavers Innaloo. From starting out in the Specsavers Graduate Program to progressing through Pathway Intake 45, this is a fantastic example of career progression in action. Keval’s journey really highlights what’s possible when development opportunities are embraced and learning is put into practice. Along the way, he’s continued to build strong clinical capability, commercial confidence, and a clear leadership mindset, all of which are so important as he moves into partnership. As Keval shared in his own words: “The Pathway to Partnership has been an invaluable experience in shaping how I think about patient care, team development, and business performance. It’s given me the tools and confidence to step into a leadership role, and I’m excited to continue building a practice that delivers both exceptional clinical care and a strong team culture.” A huge achievement and very well deserved. Wishing you every success in this next chapter. Specsavers Innaloo is lucky to have you as a Partner 👏👓 #Specsavers #BestPlacetoWork #Partnership Raj Sundarjee | Kimberley Forbes | Steve Edwards (AFAIM) | Rebecca Wall | Emily Dunkin | Wiki Watling | Gabby Blair
