We are pleased to announce that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has accepted for review Alvotech’s Biologics License Application for our proposed interchangeable biosimilar candidate in immunology. The acceptance marks an important step in the regulatory process and reflects continued progress across Alvotech’s expanding biosimilars pipeline. The milestone follows last week’s BLA resubmissions for two biosimilar candidates in immunology and ophthalmology, highlighting Alvotech’s ability to advance multiple late-stage programmes simultaneously through its fully integrated development and manufacturing platform.
