After 14 years, today is my final day. Saying goodbye to a place that didn’t just build my career, but built me, is more emotional than I ever imagined. My heart is overwhelmingly full. Mark Tan, I need to start with you. You took a chance on someone who, in that first interview, gave an answer so lacking that I still cringe thinking about it. You looked past my nervous words and saw potential I didn’t yet see in myself. That single decision changed the course of my life. Thank you for seeing me when I couldn’t. Rina Teo, my leader and guide, thank you for your unwavering trust, for lifting me up when I doubted myself, and for standing beside me through every storm and celebration. Your belief wasn’t just support; it was the fuel that kept me going. To the incredible leaders: Alex Quah Lynn Toh June Chua Eddie Ho Lam Kok Seng James Ngai — thank you for the partnership, the challenges, and the shared purpose. You made this work mean something more. And to every colleague, partner & vendor who shared these years with me… thank you for the late nights, the patient explanations, the joy and jokes, and the hands held through tough moments. You didn’t just work beside me; you grew with me. I've been lucky to work alongside people who genuinely want to succeed together 🤝🏻 Fourteen years. It’s not just a chapter, it’s a volume of my life. Leaving is bittersweet in the truest sense, but I carry all of you with me. The lessons, the memories, the partnerships & friendships, they’re part of my story now. Please, let’s not be strangers.
