Hey folks! In January I quietly began The Orange Bureau - a consultancy focused on transformation via change advisory, organization design, and strategic foresight, with a goal of helping large and matrixed organizations navigate moments of growth, transformation, and change with confidence. Since then I’ve expanded my business to also include Fractional COO services - whereby I embed myself within client organizations from the inside for a fixed engagement / amount of time. I’m not coming in as a project manager or a vendor here - I’m providing internal executive operational leadership for those organizations and founders or leaders who are not yet ready for a full time COO. Essentially, I work inside your business. I attend your meetings, review your financials, and get to know your people. This service is specifically for start-ups, small businesses, and social impact organizations (NPOs, philanthropy). In addition to my large corporate and government experience - these are all spaces I’ve worked in as well in executive operational leadership roles. I’m drawing upon almost 20 years of multisector and multifunctional experience and putting it into what I bring to clients as a fractional Chief Operating Officer - getting in the trenches and managing the nuts and bolts of your org so you can get back to what you do best. I've built and re-built organizations up from the inside my entire career and I know what's necessary to grow an organization in an effective and healthy way.
