A&M’s Financial Services Industry Group is proud to have supported ILTE Lietuva, Lithuania’s national development bank, on its inaugural public securitisation, which was awarded the “𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 – 𝐂𝐄𝐄” at the IFLR Europe Awards 2026. Acting as arranger, A&M’s team led by Robert Bradbury and Marcos Chazan conducted a detailed portfolio and performance assessment and led the complex, inaugural transaction through all its phases to a successful completion, resulting in the highest AAA ratings from Fitch and Scope. By aligning with green bond standards the A&M team helped ILTE unlock €112 million worth of international and domestic funding, to support multi-apartment building renovations across Lithuania and serve as a basis for future issuances.
