He specializes in the financial services sector, advising private equity, venture capital and corporate clients across traditional lending (Banks, NBFCs, HFCs), fintech (lending and SaaS business), insurance (manufacturer and distributors), broking, asset management, and wealth management. Throughout his career, he has participated in more than 150 diligence engagements, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, cross-border investments, and carve-outs.
