Everyone's path to showing up as themselves looks a little different. This Pride Month, we're asking members of our community at Alteryx to share the experiences that shaped them. We asked Sophie Goldman to share her story. "When I started at Alteryx four years ago, I wasn't sure what it would be like to come out to colleagues. I had role models in my personal life, but I hadn't yet seen many examples of what being openly LGBTQIA+ looked like at work, especially early in my career. During my first months at Alteryx, I found community in AlterQ, our LGBTQ+ employee resource group. For the first time, I wasn't just imagining what it would be like to show up openly at work. I was experiencing it for myself, thanks to the strong support network of ERG members, including allies. Having that community empowered me to step up more visibly. Now, as Chair of AlterQ, it's important to me to ensure that every employee knows they are welcome and can find the same sense of support and belonging that I found when I was starting my career." #PrideMonth #PeopleOfAlteryx
