Several times a day, Nana Fang walks from the lab to the production floor at our ECKART site in Jinan, China. For her, quality is never the work of one person alone—it happens when people stay close to the process, communicate openly, and work together every step of the way. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀. In Quality Control, Nana and her team make sure consistent quality is never left to chance. They monitor processes closely, spot even the smallest deviations early, and work side by side across lab and production. What makes the difference is not only experience, but how everyone pulls together.
