After all, advanced driver-assistance systems can only reach their full potential when materials, coatings, and measurement technology work together seamlessly.   This is exactly where we come in: BYK-Gardner Instruments, a subsidiary of the ALTANA Group, is expanding its portfolio of measurement and testing instruments through the acquisition of perisens GmbH. Based in Feldkirchen near Munich, the company is a leading specialist in radar and communications technology and develops and manufactures measurement and testing equipment for automotive radar sensors and radar covers, known as radomes.   The combination of BYK-Gardner’s many years of expertise in color and gloss measurement instruments and perisens’ patented radar measurement technology opens up new possibilities for customers in the automotive, coatings, and plastics industries.   We are also very pleased to welcome the employees of perisens to our BYK division.
