This week we had the great pleasure of receiving the award for best  practices in Human Resources in the category of companies with  more than 50 employees granted by the Club de Recursos Humanos at its inaugural event Motivation and future postcovid. ​ ​ A recognition of our advanced course in Ceramic Technology that has allowed us to attract new talent, the international implementation of a competency based management system and an appropriate internal communication policy that provides us with agility, transparency and consistency  in decision making, essential values for the Altadia Group. ​ ​​ Thanks to Club de Recursos Humanos and Fundación Ibercaja for this award. ​ ​ #AltadiaGroup #RRHH #Values #Award
