This June, Alstom teams across the Americas are celebrating Pride Month by raising Pride flags at our sites across the region, after participating in a workshop on allyship. These activities are part of a broader celebration led by Alstom True Colours, our employee resource group for LGBTQ+ employees and allies, whose work continues to foster visibility, dialogue and belonging across the region, and around the world. Our flagship Pride event is Alstom's Rainbow Train, now in its 6th year, a worldwide virtual pride parade where Alstom colleagues log their steps to move a virtual train around the world. Last year, more than 29 countries and 1,200 colleagues participated to move the train more than 3 times around the world. At Alstom, we move more than trains; we move hearts and minds too.
