Industrial Automation / Steel / Ports / B2B Technical Sales

Spending a week in Finland reminded me why Finnish people are often listed as the happiest in the world. I think I get it now. They are direct, easy to talk to, and they do what they say. No games, no noise. Just honesty and follow through. That kind of culture makes business feel the way it should. If you work in the container terminal world, you already know that Finnish companies have shaped this industry and continue to do so. What got me was how clean and organized their production facilities are. These companies produce at a massive scale and yet their workshops are spotless. That is not a coincidence. It is a mindset, and I believe it is a big part of why their products are trusted all over the world. For me this trip had real meaning. At #Kymati we build radar sensors that work in the toughest industrial environments. Being in the room with some of the biggest names in the container terminal space and talking about how our system fits into their world was a good feeling. All the work the team has put in is starting to show. We have a live and running solution that is already making a real difference in the field. None of this happens without the right people. Big thanks to Franz Leitenstern and Stefan Weckler for making this possible. I know this will not be my last time in Finland. To anyone working in the port and terminal industry: put Finland on your list. The people, the companies and the way they think will stay with you. #ContainerTerminals #PortTechnology #RadarSensors #IndustrialAutomation #Kymati #KYLOC2D #Finland
