The Dutch real estate market continues to evolve, and so must the way we think about buildings. In a recent interview with Vastgoeddata Nederland, Sander van Holland and I shared how Aroundtown Management NL is sharpening its focus in the Netherlands. Our strategy is not about owning more assets, but about creating more value from the assets we have. A great example is #CoolsePoort in Rotterdam. What was once a traditional office building has been transformed into a vibrant mixed-use destination combining serviced apartments, offices, fitness facilities, hospitality and public spaces. The project reflects a simple question we increasingly ask ourselves: Why should a building consist only of offices? We believe that the future of real estate lies in creating places where people can live, work, meet, exercise and connect. By combining different uses, services and user groups, buildings become more resilient, more relevant and better integrated into the cities around them. At the same time, we continue to actively manage and refine our Dutch portfolio, focusing on locations where we can create long-term value through hands-on asset management, sustainability and thoughtful repositioning. My thanks to Vastgoeddata for the conversation and the opportunity to share our vision on the future of the Dutch real estate market. šŸ”— For subscribers, you can read the full interview here: https://lnkd.in/e32HZ278 #Aroundtown #RealEstate #AssetManagement #MixedUse #Transformation #Rotterdam #CoolsePoort #CommercialRealEstate #Sustainability #PropertyManagement
