🎉 I'm launching a discussion series for rising women in tech on 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫 🎉 5 years ago, I wanted more at work - more responsibility, more strategic input, more leadership opportunities, 𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒆 𝒈𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉. As I got these things - became an executive, grew a team, managed departments - I learned that what was truly fulfilling about “more growth” was becoming a leader that I was proud of; showing up in a way that honored who I wanted to be.
