We believe the best welcome is an immersive one ✨ Last week, we took our newest team members, William Potter, Leighani White, and Marsela Isa, out of the office and into the heart of the AllSaints brand experience at Covent Garden. To represent the brand, you have to feel its pulse. Our new starters shared their highlights from the day:   ♻️ Sustainability in Action The team loved going "behind the scenes" with Store Manager Reyce Healy. They reported being fascinated by the store's operations - from the stock room to the gorgeous layout - and the Repair Rewear initiative, where our teams expertly restore customers’ leather garments. As Reyce perfectly captured: “The more we experience and understand different sides of our business, the better we understand it as a whole. We are always happy to work and support each other!” ☕ Coffee with a Conscience The journey continued at Fair Shot, where Tim Harrod showed the team how they operate as a unique training academy for individuals with learning disabilities. It was a highlight for our new starters, with Leighani noting: "I hadn't seen an initiative like it and I think it’s fab we work with something so unique and rewarding!" Seeing this partnership in action was a powerful reminder for the whole team of why social impact sits at our core.   Special thanks to Brand Leader Matthew Barton and District Manager Carlotta Annunziata for making this such a seamless and impactful welcome for our new starters! 👏   #WeAreAllSaints #Sustainability #Onboarding
