This Pride Month, we are incredibly proud to spotlight Aryan Miller-Khan, our Head of Global Talent Development, Learning & Engagement. We sat down with Aryan to talk about leadership, authenticity, and driving a culture of belonging in retail: 🖤 What made you choose AllSaints? What drew me to AllSaints was the opportunity to make a real impact on people. From my first conversations, I could see a genuine commitment to building a culture where individuals can grow, challenge themselves, and be their authentic selves. Learning and development has always been my way of helping people unlock their potential, and I saw an opportunity here to help shape an environment where every colleague feels valued, supported, and inspired to do their best work. 🖤 What does inclusivity in the workplace mean to you? For me, inclusivity is about creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong, not despite their differences, but because of them. It's about ensuring every voice is heard, every perspective is respected, and every person feels safe bringing their whole self to work. When people feel they belong, they contribute more confidently, collaborate more openly, and ultimately help create stronger teams, better ideas, and a more successful business. 🖤 What advice do you have for future leaders? My advice for future leaders would be to lead with curiosity, empathy, and courage. Great leaders don't have all the answers, but they create environments where people feel empowered to share theirs. Be intentional about listening, seek out perspectives different from your own, and remember that leadership is not about being the loudest voice in the room; it's about helping others find theirs. When people feel seen, valued, and supported, extraordinary things can happen. ⭐Thank you, Aryan, for your exceptional leadership, your vision, and for making our community stronger every day! #WeAreAllSaints #PrideMonth #InclusiveLeadership
