Yesterday we kicked off our very first "Birthday Hour" at our East London Studios! 🎂 The goal is simple: once a month, we’re carving out dedicated time to bring our departments together and celebrate everyone’s birthday that month. There was cake, dog cuddles, plenty of catching up, and a rare chance for people across departments to actually pause and connect outside of meetings and deadlines. In fast-paced environments, it’s easy for culture to become something you talk about rather than something people genuinely feel. Moments like this matter because they create space for community, conversation and connection.
