Authentic leadership 🫡 What am I about? Challenging outdated expectations of “professionalism” that suppress personality and creativity. I've lived fear-based leadership and it ain't it. Instead, I live and breathe authentic leadership that lets my team feel safe, have fun, and go further than they ever could have dreamed. And it shows up in our performance and our team survey. This is one of the only metrics that matters: If my team thinks I'm a role model. The proof is in the pudding for this lightening in a bottle team.
