This is not the post I expected to be writing this week but I guess that's true for everyone in this position. Earlier this week Inter IKEA Group announced job cuts impacting 850 employees. I am one of those 850. I won't lie, it sucks. Over the last days I've gone between many emotions. At the same time, my heart breaks for the 849 others going through this. Many are people I've worked with who have taught me so much. Any company would be lucky to have them on their team. I don't know what or where is next. I'm taking a few days to process and be with my support system. Next week the job hunt begins. For now, here's a lovely photo of a great spot in Copenhagen you should check out if you're in town ☺️
