Recently in Sydney, our Training & Sales Enablement team launched the first of our Exclusive Workshop Series, focused on one of the biggest opportunities in automotive right now,  elevating finance conversations to deliver greater customer value through the dealership experience.   Led by Ganesh Singaram and Adam Bird, the session brought together experienced Business Managers representing more than 20 automotive brands for a highly collaborative and commercially focused workshop.   One thing became clear very quickly, the market is evolving fast and customer expectations are evolving even faster.   Today’s strongest Business Managers are doing far more than arranging finance.
