The Surface Transportation Board's (STB) decision to accept the amended UP-NS merger application does not resolve serious concerns that have persisted since the proposed merger was first announced. This includes real-world consequences that further consolidation would have on the chemical supply chain and the countless industries it supports. Shippers, consumers, and communities across the nation oppose this merger, and the STB must reject it, too. https://lnkd.in/ez6ri9Av
