ICYMI: The House Appropriations Committee is urging the Surface Transportation Board (STB) to conduct a rigorous review of the UP-NS mega-merger. This is a clear signal from Congress that the STB must uphold its stringent merger review rules to protect Americans from damages to competition and consumer welfare that this merger would cause.    The STB must conduct its merger review using the most rigorous of standards.    https://lnkd.in/esk7n2xR
