A shared story that went beyond a slogan on the wall, but something truly noticeable in the daily work of the organisation. Together, and in co-creation with DASโ€™ leaders and employees, we developed the DAS Compass: a clear andย identifiable story built around an ambitious future, shared values, and desired behaviour. This compass creates room for open conversations and feedback, gives words to a shared identity, and translates strategy into behaviour, leadership, and daily choices. For Jeroen, โ€œIt was about uncovering what already existed in the organisation, making explicit, and putting it to work more deliberatelyโ€.
