Behind every premiere, there is more than meets the eye. With the #DevilWearsPrada2 already generating buzz, it is a reminder of the scale and detail that goes into creating these moments - and a good time to go back at one of our own. A few months ago in Abu Dhabi, AL Laith Group partnered with 3DB to deliver the infrastructure for the #F1movie, starring Brad Pitt. From the outset, the site was transformed using our #LionDeck system to level the ground and support both the main cinema tent and the media reception space. Inside, we built a tiered steel-deck seating platform, complete with a dedicated projection room positioned at the rear. Behind the scenes, a scaffolding wall carried the air-conditioning and sound systems, while custom entrance arches set the tone for the guest arrival. It all comes together for a few hours on a screen - but it takes weeks of planning, precision and build to get there.
