Jacob Glenting, EVP of Corporate, Portfolio & Product Strategy, sees an expanded disease area focus as key to ALK’s success. “After more than a century in allergy, our Allergy+ strategy expanded the therapeutic areas we want to lead in. Beyond respiratory allergy, we’re now committed to growing our impact in anaphylaxis, food allergy, and new related areas. This extended focus reinforces our growth ambition and dedication to help many more people with allergy worldwide.” Having been with ALK since 2007, Glenting highlights the value of bringing in new perspectives to our work: “Welcoming new colleagues across our global organisation and collaborating with external partners gives us an important outside-in perspective, to the benefit of the people we’re aiming to help.
