Traditional intellectual property systems, built for a purely human world, are rapidly becoming obsolete. They cannot trace, verify, attribute, or protect originality in hybrid cognitive processes. The result is growing legal uncertainty, ethical risks, and potential erosion of human dignity in the age of generative intelligence. GenAIP Inc was founded to solve this exact challenge. We are building a next-generation platform that enables traceable, verifiable, and legally enforceable co-authorship between human cognition and artificial intelligence. Our core innovation, Authenticity Stabilization, ensures that every contribution, whether from a human mind, an AI system, or a collaborative process, receives proper recognition, protection, and economic value. This is not just another LegalTech or AI startup. This is an ambitious attempt to establish a new global standard for cognitive dignity, intellectual sovereignty, and ethical human-AI collaboration. We are currently in the pre-seed stage with a strong architectural foundation. We have developed key concepts including Cognitive Provenance, Intelligence Prudent, and the Personal Prudent Legal Agent (PPLA). We are now ready to move from vision to execution. We are looking for 2 to 3 exceptional Co-Founders with deep expertise and entrepreneurial drive in one or more of the following areas: Applied AI and LLM Architecture, LegalTech and IP Law, Distributed Systems and Cryptography, Secure Data Engineering, or Deep-Tech Product Strategy. Ideal candidates have proven experience in building complex systems, a strong belief in ethical AI, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn bold concepts into reality. Previous startup or big-tech background is a significant advantage. We offer meaningful founding equity, the opportunity to help define a potential global standard, and direct collaboration with the founder in shaping both the technology and company culture from day one. A personal note: I am an entrepreneur living with cerebral palsy. My mind is sharp and my vision is clear, but I need strong execution partners who can complement my strengths. Persian and English bilingual ability is highly valued for preserving the full depth of strategic thinking.
