🌍 We’re growing and we need you! 🚀 At emma & noah, we’re looking for two Country Managers to join our journey of sustainable growth in two key markets: Italy and the Netherlands. Since 2018, we’ve been building a brand that creates beautiful, high-quality baby products made from natural materials, and now, with our presence growing internationally, we’re looking for hands-on team members to drive our success in these two important markets. 🔹 Your Mission: As our Country Manager for Italy or the Netherlands, you will take full ownership of growing our local e-commerce shops. Your focus will be on driving revenue, optimizing performance, building partnerships with influencers and affiliates, and ensuring the best possible customer journey. You will collaborate closely with our team in Germany, localizing content and strategies to fit each market's needs. You can work remotely from Germany or the respective country. 🔹 Your Profile: ▪️ Profound experience in eCommerce, D2C, or Start-up/Scale-up environments ▪️ Deep knowledge of the Italian or Dutch market ▪️ Fluency in the local language + English or German ▪️ A hands-on, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently 💬 Know someone who fits the bill or are you interested yourself?
