Big news for me: I'm joining MYCEA as CEO - Business & Partnerships. Throughout my career in agtech (AI and crop modeling for farmers), I've focused on one thing: bringing science to market. Today, I'm taking that expertise into biotech, still serving agriculture but with a different approach. I was looking for a project where I could truly make a difference. A project combining genuine scientific innovation, a talented team, and concrete impact for agriculture. Mycea checks all these boxes. The team has built a solid biocontrol platform with products approaching regulatory phase, and honestly agriculture needs this urgently. Putting my experience in partnerships and financing at the service of this mission is exactly what I wanted. With dominique barry-etienne and the entire team, we have great things to build. Today we're also announcing the creation of a spin-off, Amoterra (soil biodiversity regeneration), which will carry the Mycoterroir service and will be led by Camilo Gianinazzi. Tout au long de mon parcours dans l'agtech (IA et modélisation pour les agriculteurs), je me suis concentrée sur une chose : amener l'innovation au marché. Aujourd'hui, je mets cette expertise au service de la biotech, toujours pour l'agriculture mais avec une approche différente. Je cherchais un projet où je pourrais vraiment faire la différence. Un projet qui combine une vraie innovation scientifique, une équipe talentueuse, et un impact concret pour l'agriculture. Mycea coche toutes ces cases. L'équipe a construit une plateforme de biocontrôle solide avec des produits qui approchent de la phase réglementaire, et franchement l'agriculture en a besoin de toute urgence. Mettre mon expérience en partenariats et financements au service de ça, c'est exactement ce que je voulais. Avec dominique barry-etienne et toute l'équipe, on a de belles choses à construire. Aujourd'hui on annonce aussi la création de la spin-off Amoterra (régénération de la biodiversité des sols), qui portera le service Mycoterroir et qui sera dirigée par Camilo Gianinazzi.
