Grateful to the team of Continental plant in #Korbach for hosting this year’s Ideation Workshop on #SpareParts together with Engineering and Purchasing teams (both local and central). The highlights were aligning on our future strategy, visiting the spare parts warehouses, and having open discussions on process improvement opportunities. It was inspiring to see the collaboration, expertise, and shared drive across teams. Looking forward to the next steps and the impact ahead.
