Our recent Advisory Council gathered such a thoughtful group of consultants, and there was a consistent thread throughout: How do we reduce complexity and make benefits work better for employers and their people? The exchanges of experiences and ideas were open, honest and grounded in real client challenges, not just theory. That level of transparency is what makes this forum so valuable.
