Today marks a special transition for Orange Business: we say goodbye and thank you to Laurent Aufils as he moves on from his role as Head of HR and Employee Experience, and we warmly welcome Marion DUBOS as she takes up the baton. Laurent and his team have moved mountains over the past four years —upskilling and reskilling 6,000+ colleagues, achieving 22,000+ certifications, and making #learning part of our DNA. A special mention for the fantastic “YOUTime” initiative, where we all regularly hit “pause”—from teams to execs— to make space for training on what matters most (new session scheduled next week! 😉). More globally, Laurent helped transform Orange Business while driving our #people agenda: higher engagement and employee NPS, strong employer attractiveness, and great factual progress on diversity and inclusion. These achievements are collective, and I want to thank not just Laurent, but the entire HR team for their dedication and impact 🙏🙏🙏 I’m thrilled to welcome Marion Dubos back home to Orange Business (poke Patricia Waldron-Werner). She is a leader with vision, #values, and a deep understanding of our culture. Her role is more critical than ever as #agentic AI is about to deeply transform how we learn and work. If we bring everyone to the edge of #AI —not just a few experts—we all win: stronger company, empowered people, and even better service for our clients. Laurent, wishing you every success in your next (very exciting) adventure —though I won’t spoil the surprise just yet! 😉 Vincent Lecerf, Berengere Audrant, Jérôme Hénique, Cécile Bazzini, Aude Chiché, Dimitri Fondain, Isabelle Taupin, Tina Yap, Jennie Sledge, Valérie Gardès, Emad El Sonbaty, Peillanne Tang, Djamilla Sirivathana
