Who do you call when you stop standing out for your good looks but start getting noticed for your… smell? Well, the technical team behind the iconic 47-floor Intempo tower on the famous Costa Blanca called us! Turns out the original design could not ventilate the drainage stacks properly, causing hydraulic seal failures and unpleasant odours in many apartments. That is when we stepped in with our Studor® active ventilation system. The upgrade avoided more than 2,000m of new piping, 1,000m3 of demolition waste, and major wall reconstruction. Thanks to the expertise of people like Steve White (celebrating 25 years of outstanding service today), this system gave a smart, minimally invasive solution... so we can all go back to smelling of roses.
