Algorithm — 2025 Recap 2025 was mostly about building and putting structure in place. We started the year as a team of 5. We’re closing it at 25, Allahumma Baarik. At the beginning, we were working with one product and one partner. Over the year, that grew to 10 ongoing partnerships, across AI-first products and production systems. A lot of the work this year wasn’t visible from the outside: - Setting up proper departments - Putting financial and operational structure in place - Improving how we hire, collaborate, and deliver - Making sure growth didn’t outpace clarity - Our LinkedIn community grew from 500 to 2,500 followers, but more importantly, the conversations became better and more relevant. the entire focus was on steady progress, better systems, and a stronger team than we started with. this is just the beginning, on to the next phase, In Shaa Allah.
