A product built to extract attention and a product built to solve a real problem can look identical on launch day. The difference shows up later, in retention, in trust, in whether people come back. The intention behind the work shapes the work itself. It changes the questions you ask, the corners you refuse to cut, the decisions you make when no one is watching. Build with the right niyyah.
