“This place makes me feel well.” That was probably the best description I heard during my first visit to our new home, 1Roof in Geneva. I’ve been fortunate to work in and visit many offices around the world, but this is one of the few that leaves a lasting impression—not because of its size or architecture alone, but because of how it makes people feel. ✅ Designed by Herzog & de Meuron, 1Roof reflects how #lombardodier is building for the future. Even during last week’s summer heat, the building remained remarkably cool through an innovative lake-water cooling system, while the green roof—where solar panels cover around 85% of the surface—helps set a high standard for environmental performance. Inside, the sweeping curves and open spaces create a sense of flow that is both calming and inviting. 🏞️ Set beside Lake Geneva with panoramic views of the Alps, it is an inspiring place where nature and innovation come together. 🤝 Memorable moments are often made when surrounded by the best people.
