šØ Most people are trying to beat the LinkedIn algorithm. After researching LinkedIn deeply today, I realized something surprising: The algorithm is getting smarter, while creators are still using old tricks. I spent time understanding: ⢠How the new 2026 360Brew AI algorithm works ⢠How LinkedIn ranks content ⢠Why some posts go viral while others die ⢠The reality of LinkedIn bots and engagement pods ⢠The dark side of fake growth strategies ⢠What actually increases reach in 2026 My biggest takeaway? LinkedIn no longer rewards keyword stuffing, engagement bait, or random motivational posts. It rewards: ā Real expertise ā Useful insights ā Strong storytelling ā Meaningful conversations ā Content people actually spend time reading The most interesting thing I learned is that LinkedIn is shifting from a connection graph to an interest graph. That means your content can reach people who don't know you, if the content is genuinely valuable. The goal is no longer to hack the algorithm. The goal is to create content the algorithm wants to distribute. Today's research changed the way I look at content creation. Tomorrow, I'll be researching another company and sharing what I learn Thank You Guys. Saved this post š±
