CSEM has published its first sustainability report — an important milestone in our long-term commitment to environmental, social, and governance responsibility. This report marks a key step in our long-term commitment to environmental, social, and governance responsibility. It reflects years of structured work by our teams to measure and now transparently communicate our impact, and it sets the foundation for a more systematic sustainability journey. While recent geopolitical tailwinds may tempt some to shift focus elsewhere, I firmly believe sustainability must remain a priority for responsible companies of all sizes — not only because our stakeholders and our children expect it, but because long-term competitiveness and resilience depend on it. As highlighted in the excellent book "The New Nature of Business" by André Hoffmann and Peter Vanham, true prosperity goes hand in hand with environmental stewardship and social responsibility.  As for us, sustainability is not a constraint, but an opportunity to innovate and lead. My thanks to all colleagues who contributed to this report, in particular Rafael Pennese who was in charge of this initiative.
