This month marks three years since I took a leap of faith and started Your Cohort. What began as a personal time to reset and support a few founders turned into helping early-stage founders build the financial foundation to scale their business. The goal has been to do so with intention, purpose, and community. I’m deeply grateful to the clients who trusted us from day one, to the mentors, investors, and partners who continue to support us. While our clients are at the heart of what we do, it could not be done without a powerhouse team that has invested and believed in what we are building as much as I have. Your Cohort has also allowed me to reconnect with Venezuela and the broader South American community that shaped me. It’s become more than a company — it reflects what we value most: impact, diversity, and community. Here’s to another year of building alongside founders building their vision.
