Today marks three years since I joined Takeda. Even though it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, it definitely wasn’t an easy one. Leaving such a great Governance & Compliance team — and an amazing manager like Thomas Scherbichler — was really tough. I still remember thinking during my first days at Takeda that I had just boarded a high-speed train. Everything was fast, dynamic, and new. But even a high-speed train ride can be a great experience if you have the right guide. And mine was Marek Hitka. Over these three years, I´ve learned a lot. I have always been trusted by the team. And I think it’s no secret that trust is exactly what a good manager should offer. Trust is what helps people grow - because when someone believes in you, you naturally deliver better and more confidently. A big thank you to Marek, Maroš, and Bea for choosing me for this role. And thank you, Laci, for continuously supporting us and believing in our work. I’m also grateful to the entire Takeda team - everyone who helps us grow, collaborate, and deliver meaningful results. Looking back, I truly feel that we’ve done excellent work in communication together. Here’s to the next chapters ahead! 🎂
