I’m delighted to share that I placed in the top 10% of candidates nationally in the Duke-Elder Prize Examination in Ophthalmology, one of the most competitive undergraduate medical exams, run by The Royal College of Ophthalmologists (RCOphth). This experience has only deepened my interest in ophthalmic diagnostics, pathologies and cutting-edge solutions, making me more excited than ever about pursuing this fascinating speciality. I’m very grateful to Basil Suresh and Dr Surinder Dosanjh for their invaluable advice and resources (shoutout to eyedle.app created by Basil), as well as Saurabh Jain for his mentorship.
