In life there are a few magic moments ! Usually they are connected with the fulfillment of wishes and dreams. Yesterday was one of them for me: A moment in which I truly felt the joy & happiness of others being shared. A moment of being together. Being a unit.  A moment which made me realize again that really joy is the most precious when being shared. Yesterday, a friend and colleague asked me: so how do you feel now after having achieved this promotion? Honestly, it is not the title or the step that counts, but the feelings of trust, joy and respect people transmitted to me. Now one day passed and today, I feel the desire to give back. Give back the positive vibes and energy given to me. It is only thanks to all the close friends, colleagues, and people with whom I am allowed to walk the path of life. Without their impacts this success would not have been possible! Herewith, I want to thank all candidates(m/f/d) and leaders (m/f/d) for having given me their TRUST.
