Dear network, I am pleased to announce that on Thursday 26 March, I received my certificate for the "𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝" 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 – 𝐋𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐈. This training has enabled me to strengthen my skills in analysing complex situations, making decisions under pressure, and managing critical incidents. It has also provided me with practical tools to anticipate, organise and respond effectively to such situations. A big thank you to Erick Labara, from stratgard for the quality of his teaching, his expertise and for sharing his practical experiences. It has been an enriching experience that I am keen to put to good use in my future professional endeavours.
