Some pages write themselves. This one asked me to pause first. Tomorrow is May 1st. The year began four months ago, and yet it already feels lived-in, layered, real. Since mid-2023, I have been in a deliberate process of becoming. Not reinvention. Becoming. There is a difference. I built a 1–5 year plan. I found mentors. I invested in coaching and entrepreneurial and AI skill development. I joined the 5 AM Club. I worked on health, nutrition, presence. And slowly, I learned the one thing no framework teaches you directly: The three greatest accelerators in this game of life are: living now, daring the unknown, and stepping out of comfort, in that order. Growth lives there. Not in safety. Not in waiting. But none of it works without the inner journey first,  from the inside out, one life domain at a time. I commit 100% to each of my clients and each new and ongoing project. Contributing genuine value is not a strategy for me. It is a calling. I am grateful — deeply — to be leaving the most challenging years behind me, one step at a time. Knowing that growth without friction is simply not growth. We try. We get results. We learn. April. Gone in a breath. Portland, the Functional Fabric Fair, 4 Forum Areas. A stop at the office in Munich. Then Cologne, FIBO, my first time, a new world worth knowing. My sincere thanks to the people who made this month memorable through their time, their thinking, and their openness: Niccy Kol, Emma Wright, CLAUDIA ZALTENBACH, Celine CUGERONE, Claudia Wagner, Stephan Prinz, Roberto Circelli, Ari Johan Pachur, Sebastiaan van de Loo, Steffen Meiler, Sven Herold, Markus Müller, Norbert Grobe. These precious exchanges, across countries, contexts, and disciplines, are where new perspectives are born. Where innovation gets brainstormed into something real. Where win-wins are not negotiated but recognized. Three trade fairs in one month. A full measure. Worth every one. The months ahead are already calling. What a year this is. The Fire Horse runs. My words for 2026: courage and trust. My challenges: time management and energy.
